I’m not even sure that his outrage is real, but assuming it is it’s all tribal. For example, if you’re an Apple person, you’re going to down play their bad acts. It seems like a lot of people have a side and are willing to defend it no matter what.

The court will do their jobs. Its none of my business. There are likely guilty and none guilty parties. This doesn’t make the expac better or worse. It doesn’t affect my choice to let my time die. Sl is a bad expac.
Remember folks the rule 3 fs and murphies law. Thats sll that matters.

I’m pretty sure this applies to “believe no matter” more than the crowd saying “take accusations serious but settle it in court and don’t witch hunt.”

People are found not guilty by the public. I dont know why you left that out, so innocent until proven guilty should be the standard in life. People hear an accusation and run wild with it with nothing more than a story losely held together with scotch tape.
OJ was found not guilty by a trial of his peers, aka the public.

Working that out still frankly, and I’m already watching people far more invested than I am quitting. I am still here because my social circle is, but if you think for a second I havent had several long conversations with friends about never looking back you would be crazy.
This is absolutely vile of a situation. I dont think everyone at blizzard, or even the majority, have anything to do with the alleged action, but it so far tainted I immediately felt defensive when someone asked me if I was still playing.
You seem really concerned about how “real” peoples reactions are to hearing the repugnant stories that are being told right now rather than the stories themselves, and to me, thats far worse than any real or imagined “ViRtUe SiGnAlInG” that may be going on.
Like I already stated, this thread is about ice cream now and we’re having a serious discussion about said ice cream.

I’m aware what this particular situation is about. I was simply replying to another user that was mocking the general practice I was discussing in my post.
I don’t think many people understand the various legal processes or why they exist is all. lol
