The Disc priest pvp talent Inner light and shadow has been broken the whole expansion apparently.
I cannot toggle between states with the talent ability. Additionally, you need to wait 6 seconds between casts to get to the correct state. The only way I have found to turn it on is via a macro, which is crazy.
Please either treat this like a aura that persists through death or make it passive. Having to reapply it in BGs in the correct state, or any content where you die is annoying.
