Can you make it so it persists thru death? I don’t see why this isn’t just a game menu option or just not default night time
Well, inasmuch as recovering from death might be called coming back to the light…
“The light’s…going dim…everything…turning black… Oh wait, that’s the Inky black Potion, we’re good!”
Not just persist through death, but also have more potion options. A potion to create a grey-scale or brown-scale like effect (this is already a filter in the game for the camera toy) so that you can be in purgatory. A rainbow effect so the world is a psychedelic trip. A potion that makes everyone appear as random breeds of kittens. A potion that makes you bleed out of your eyes. A potion that makes people throw up as you walk by.
Better yet turn it into a toy with a longer duration and short cooldown.
The popularity of this item has been one of the most bewildering things to me. I can’t believe people actually like it. It makes everything looks awful! People sure do love it though.
It depends on the zone. It looks great in Bastion, amazing in Suramar or Tanaris, but makes Korthia and Ardenweald too dark.
[Epilepsy warning]
Ironic, since canonically aside from gameplay mechanics, Ardenweald is described as always in a perpetual state of midnight anyways.
Speaking of which, the 9.1 patch messing with shadow settings made that statement even more literal than even I cared for XD.
Does it? Maybe I should experience something more before judging it. I haven’t used it in those places. I think the last place I tried it in was Boralus, and I hated it.
I made it myself. I need to make money, so, sadly, no. Keep buying them though.
stretches feet in the air and wiggles toes
Riding across the Desert of Tanaris under a full moon with shadows turned on is awesome.
Then don’t use it.
Ahh, that sounds nice.
Excellent suggestion friend. I appreciate you.
