To start the Legion artifact questline for Monks, a Pandaren named Initiate Da-Nel shows up and follows the player to deliver a message. After I completed this questline, he appeared in Dalaran again to deliver me a message. When I talk to him, he simply complains about wanting to deliver his message, but never actually delivers it. Abandoning any Monk quests and relogging has not fixed this issue.
