I did the Prey intro quest, then returned to Astalor Bloodsworn. The quest tunrin said it would reward 4k Remnant of Anguish, which seemed a bit too high and I believe is a remnant from beta testing. Regardless, no reward was given at all outside of unlocking the Hunts.
