It’s the only caster trinket in the raid but also really bad if you’re not a mage and have enough haste to make use of it. Remove the haste stats and requirement for the gcd so other casters can use it.
I liked the original version, where it didn’t rely on haste also. But there’s tons of gear with haste on it now, so I think other classes would still use it, though I agree all other casters seem to be DoT classes so haste isn’t exactly their primary stat.
I also don’t want to see it become a healing trinket, but heal mages use dps trinkets, so would be nice to see it also apply to the GCDs triggered by regen and mass regen, so we can cancel them faster and move on to useful dps spells.
the real question is why in the world does it even have a paladin tag on it when shockadin isnt being supported imo. would be nice if they could just reveal who the item is meant for instead of the painful “discovery” of giving it to the wrong class.
