I had some ppl tell me that the Timereaver mount that can drop in Time Walking runs is bugged and wont drop for toons below level cap . I have run time walking groups since the mount was introduced ( in late Wod i think) thousands upon thousands of boss kills and only seen it drop a couple of times in groups.
Most of the time im on lowbies toons grinding Xp so if it wont drop for low levels is that a bug or intended or is it just a myth ?
no that’s people with insanely low anecdotal evidence. there’s nothing to prove it won’t drop for sub 60s.
I dunno, but I feel obligated to say it dropped for me YEARS ago. 
Anyways. It drops so infrequently, I never heard of anyone getting it while leveling.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it was true, Blizzard being Blizzard, but there’s no evidence that it’s the case. The drop rate is so stupidly low that it’s impossible to prove that it doesn’t drop for people below level cap, it’s only possible to prove that it does by having someone come out and say it dropped for them below level cap.
And no, not having anyone say it dropped for them below level cap is not proof that it doesn’t drop below level cap because as I said, the drop rate is ludicrously low that it’s entirely possible that anyone who says they’ve done hundreds of timewalking on low level alts just haven’t gotten the drop yet. Unless we have data on every single Reaver drop, which we don’t, we cannot definitively say it doesn’t.
I got it 2 days ago at around level 54…
It’s not bugged, the drop chance is like 0.1%, I’ve only seen one person get it.
Got it on a 50 last December. I don’t think I ever saw it drop in all the years of Timewalking before then.
One of the lowest droprates in the game for a mount. I think it is even lower than 0.1%
