My paladin alt is stuck in an infinite fall instant disconnect loop that I cant seem to get out of.
I was mounted when I logged out. Logged back in, it dismounted me midair, the moment the animation begins that im falling it insta dc’s me.
Same thing happening to me. Did a world boss in ICC, started flying away and something dismounted me and now I cant log into my warrior anymore. can log into other characters just fine.

Try using the Stuck Character service in order to have the character moved to a nearby graveyard.
Visit https://us.battle.net/support/en/help then click Contact Support and go to WoW → “I would rather categorize the issue” → In-game Issues → Character problem → Stuck Character service.
