Infiltrating the Castle quest never available, checked several times over the last few days and again immediately after server restart/maintenance and nothing. Tyrion can’t be talked to and you can’t progress on the quest.

What do you mean? You can talk to him just not hand in the quest. Working as intended.

You can quite literally right click him and talk to him but you cant hand in the quest. Not broken, blizzard please focus on more pressing matters11!!!

Infiltrating the Castle is INDEED broken. I opened a ticket, tried all the layers I could, even checked right after reset. 50+ people waiting to complete quest and get the xp and ring…

Put in a ticket and was responded to almost immediately.
They are confirming Tyrion can get into a bugged state and the developers are working on it, they said the only thing we can do is wait for a fix but did suggest posting here on the forum to increase visibility. So I guess we just need more people to complain about it here and hopefully something might be done.

That neans they’re either lying about working on the problem or they’re simply incompetent.
What helped me complete Infiltrating the Castle:
- Try layer swapping,
- Invite others near Tyrion or ask to join their party,
- Try having everyone in the party abandon the quest and start it again,
- Wait up to 30 mins.
