When are the inferno dungeons speculated to get updated for an easier alt catch up? Infernos in the current state of the game are awful to grind and they only give a measly 240 valor points and 8 fragments IF the group decides to finish all bosses (many times they don’t). I could understand at the start of phase 3, but with only 1 month or so until the release of Dragon Soul it would be appropriate to increase the valor acquisition to 480 similar so Zandalari dungeons in the previous phase, and MAYBE 1.5x or double the fragments to buy 372 gear from the npc.
at this point i doubt they will get easier and if anything they’ll get harder because all the people actually geared will be running the next version of H++ which leaves the only people running Inferno dungeons the ones that are just above the ilvl requirements unless they make the H++ requirements just as equally low as inferno
Moistkiddie is going to ream you people for implying this catch up mechanic has a modicum of difficulty.
I just meant during the 3rd phase just as the Zandalari dungeons were for phase 2. I know that phase 4 has its own set of catch up dungeons. This is mostly so players can make alts and run firelands without spending hours upon hours grinding infernos.
And for the post above me, nobody is implying they are hard. They are TEDIOUS. They take too long for no reason and give very little rewards. Players who already have mains are no longer incentivized to make alts because they’ll have to pour in a solid 6-8 hours to gear up properly.
“Muh slog”
Cata won’t even get the dev effort of M++
The 3 new dungeons will just drop the currency. Calling it now.
I agree, nerf warlocks.
Stop that, I did not like that combination of letters
You must be new. Moist is the extra copy of chromosome 21 troll on these forums. They fail on a daily basis to make a substantial and consequential argument. Don’t take offense to people calling the village idiot out by the name they have chosen. The also go by ltdan.
Oh yes I’m very aware of who he is, I’m just uncomfy when he gets mentioned
