So, with D.R.I.V.E. coming, will there be any penalty mechanics to curtail drunk driving, or is it going to be ok to chug a few brews and go for a high speed cruise?

Question is, how does the breathalyzer work? Remember, to get convicted on a DWI they need to prove their case “Beyond a reasonable doubt”.
I’m going to drive at break neck speeds, yelling FAMILY while doing donuts.
There should be a punishment system for driving it sober.
If there’s not an achievement for winning a race while blackout drunk I will be disappointed.

with the goblins running the show I doubt there will be much need for written laws and such.
They’ll let you know what offense you’ve committed and how much the payments will be and for how many years.
Your screen already gets hazy and your controls get funky.
