Incursions were a great addition to SOD and I am sad that they are gone/changed

Have we finally grown enough to realize how great of an addition incursions were? Obviously the gold generated by them was an issue but being able to quickly get a toon to 50 and them having emerald warden gear was awesome. Also the gold generated let people easily purchase consumes/enchants so they weren’t complete liabilities in ST.

It does force the players to return to interacting with the WORLD of Warcraft instead of confining the majority of the playerbase to an instanced portion of it where the XP and rewards from repeatable quests outweigh the XP and rewards from the vast number of quests and dungeons that exist out in the open world otherwise.

I think it would be worthwhile that Blizzard boosts the reputation gains from these now-daily quests in order for players to acquire some of the Emerald Warden rewards in a way that mirrors the fact these are now daily quests that can only be completed within the level ranges that each of the Nightmare Incursions are designed for.

Incursions reduced the world to tiny areas. The gold it generated led to inflation. It was awful.

Quests and dungeons across different zones are the way to level up in classic wow, and leveling is an important part of classic. If you want a version of the game that allows and encourages you to hit level cap ASAP, retail is right over there.
Classic should start at level one, not level cap.

I mean its not really classic its a seasonal realm. I’ve already agreed that the gold was bad for the game but taking away the best exp method feels bad for new players/alts that want to level.
