Yea Incursions are officially dog crap. Nerfed XP. Nerfed Gold. Then added wardens to guard the quest giver area which was a GG idea. But didn’t account for all lvl 50’s camping the ramp going in and out of ashenvale incursions. Leveling an alt through incursions is impossible now. Incursions are unplayable.
For the record yes I’m on a pvp server. It was my first time ever rolling on one. It was a lesson learned, I will not roll pvp server again.
That said how can Blizzard fix incursions? I say do away with all pvp in the zones or if your pvp is disabled there is no pvp for you. You are untargetable in pvp zones with it disabled. Buff XP and Gold gained again to what it was. At least after the initial nerf. Thoughts?

They should just include the guards on the ramp, include the quest turnins inside the portal, and make it where level 50s can’t go into ashenvale portals anymore.

This would make a lot of sense. You want the event you focused phase 3 about to be playable, this would be a solid step. It will be interesting to see if they listen to this.
If this game is supposed to be for “casuals” then some serious steps have to be taken. Wayyyy too many try hards ruining nights for the casual dad gamer.

The rule on pvp servers is if your not here doing it the moment it is released. You are going to have a bad time.
The rule on PvP servers is don’t roll on a PvP server if you’re a carebear who needs their hand held every step of the way and who complains about every inconvenience due to poor personal decision making.
There already are servers for crybabies such as yourself where PvP is disabled by default. Stop ruining it for others.
You literally voluntarily chose to play here.
We must preserve the healthy toxicity in PvP servers. Begone with the babies.

spot on. horde are a scummy stain on the landscape. we need to scrub them from the incursion area with fire and blade.
I don’t know if you guys realize this, but all those “disable pvp” ideas already exist, they’re called pve servers. What you’re asking for is special treatment on a pvp server. Pvp servers have always been like this. After the logout skip was fixed last night, alliance spent their time flattening the horde trying to get into brd. Should they add guards at the entrance of the brd portal and disable pvp there too? What about at mara portal room? The bottom line is if you’re not comfortable with pvp, don’t roll on a pvp server. Everything you described is working as intended.

For the record this was my first time rolling on a pvp server. Had no clue what it was like and I wanted to try it. I will admit it’s not for me. I don’t have time to grind and sweat like some of the try hards on here. They are legit better than me at this game. I will own it. It’s absolutely a lesson learned.
My point though is Blizzard created these incursions yes for pvp but also pve. The pve side of it is completely impossible where we are currently. If that’s the case then just do away with it. Have you been camped endlessly by your opposing faction while trying to level incursions? It’s zero fun when you die, spawn, die, spawn, and die again.

For the record whether it’s horde or alliance they never just “get bored.” You knew better than that before you typed that out lol.

Nah, I was in those purge groups, people leave if there’s no kills for like 20 mins.
Personally i think they should scarp incursions and spend more than 5 minutes thinking up out door pve content. Seriously the complete lack of creativity for incursions is mind boggling. I dont understand how more people arent talking about just how trash incursions are just as a event. So boring.

Yea I wouldn’t mind actually doing all the quests but people want to run in circles clicking on things and turn it in over and over, which I don’t understand how anyone enjoys doing that. I don’t care if my BIS weapon came from rep from there, I’m not doing that lol
When it takes this much effort to try to get an idea to work as you intended, and you still can’t…that is usually a sign it is time to let the idea go
