The way the quests are obtained is ridiculous and tedius at BEST. Its an absolute brain “F”. Make the quests just obtainable from the NPC and call it a day. The amount of micro managing the bag is not fun at all and just causes so much brain fog on something so insignificant such as letters and envelopes inside the letter and oh you only have 2 charges on this star so now you need to find another to share with your other two party members.
TLDR: Make the quests obtainable from the NPC and delete all the missives its lame AF

Most annoying part for me is having 4 skinning quests when I don’t even have skinning. I don’t mind it taking a quest slot but don’t give it to me again and again.
I imagine they only did it this way because of some kind of spaghetti code problem in quest sharing.
pretty sure they were afraid of abuse (people just sitting at the vendor to reshare every single quest for instance) but instead we get this thing which you are required to have nightmare incursion helper to avoid wanting to take your own life while sharing quests
Nightmare incursions are terrible content and blizzard should be ashamed of the complete lack of creativity.

Incursions are clearly an extremely low effort attempt by the devs and once again they prove they don’t test or their testing is not good enough.
