Yeah, no, definitely not Keith David. Other people have mentioned that it sounds a lot like Terenas Menethil’s voice actor, but I don’t think it’s that either, but I know it’s a voice that I’ve heard recently and am familiar with and it’s DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Interesting factoid: Did you know that during the song Be Prepared, Scar’s voice actor Jeremy Irons threw out his voice after saying the line: “…YOU WON’T GET A SNIFF WITHOUT ME!”
They had to change voice actors from him to Jim Cummings, who has been prominently varied in WoW as Havi, Lorewalker Cho, and even Runas. He also voiced a lot of the 90s: Darkwing Duck, Tigger, Pooh, Don Carnage…
He was even one of the voices of THE MASTER from Fallout 1!
