Increasing Nether Precision Procs

Greetings, I was wondering on the thought process of bringing three Nether Precisions instead of two for the new Aethervision Arcane mage. It’ll create a more basic rotation of blast, blast, Barrage.

I think it should just be removed tbh. In M+ I have always just wanted to dump my Arcane charges as much as possible. With all the barrage modifiers I rarely found myself casting Blast on trash except to build charges or farm Clearcasting or to proc Magi. Obviously on bosses it’s different. But I think they should lean more into a build spender archetype.

I think the simplest way for them to fix the rotation awkwardness would be to have aethervision stack up to 3 times instead of 2. so either someone could use it as it is now, or wait until a 3rd proc. that would allow the blast, blast, missiles, blast, barrage rotation, which feels much more satisfying to me, to not also be wasteful

This might actually not be a bad idea

Get the aether buff after 2 precision buffed casts, third one is barrage, normally if it was 3 np stacks you would want to cast blast 3 times instead of barrage, but with the introduction of vision it should be significantly better to use barrage.

But also, increase cc missiles to 10 instead of 8, works better for harmony.

There actually is an issue I can think of though, will the np cast with aether count as 1 stack for aethervision? If yes then the stacks build up too early, leading to possibly a weird rotation

I think it might be better to make the procs exclusive so you cannot use both at the same time with one ability.

If you have np stacks you use them, when you used 2 you get aether, and barrage will only consume aether, so if you use cc, get 2 stacks of np and press barrage, it will only consume aether, and not both np and aether. Basically making it no longer optimal to cast cc again to get precision and use it alongside with aether

Simple, and probly highly effective. I vote yes.
