Im convinced the increased drop for the first run of the day is a lie, im getting WORSE stuff on first run than before the change last year went live.

I have to agree. My first run got me just gold and the heart tokens, both days.
A third run today on a DPS actually got a necklace, but not in the box. Box has just been gold and useless heart tokens.

I’ve been trying for years to get the big love rocket. I got the new mount they added to the box on my second attempt. I’m conflicted on how I feel about that.

lol we pay blizz to torture us, it is 0.00000000007 % first runm and the 0.0000002% on alt army runs lol, been trying for years too, i am pretty convinced it doesn’t work for my toons lol, vut keep trying anyways , love the torture 
All I have seen out of that heart-shaped box is gold and heart tokens.
Run 3 different tanks and one DPS.
I suspect that is all I’ll see if I bother to continue to run. I don’t believe that box actually holds anything other than gold and heart tokens.

Well I got lucky on my first run this year and got the rocket. I mean after 15+ years of farming (or however long since the event was introduced) that is lol.

I got the rocket already. Much like the rocket the new broom will just be mount count so I’m just running it once a day. If I get it great, if not great. Just a number that will collect dust anyway.
I think it’s higher than it once was because I got the pink rocket a couple years back first try after the increase and the new pink broom first try other night both on this character so yeah.
I also see more people with the rocket mount than I once did but the broom mount seems much more common despite being new this year, lol.

Considering 6% of players have the rocket and it’s been around nearly forever, I would say that’s still pretty freaking low.

Well, it has a supposedly high drop rate and lots are reporting 1st kill.
Broom seems to have a higher chance and does drop on alts, got today on 2nd kill first time trying on a alt after doing it on my main
