Nope, I can do loops and fly upside down. I have fun with normal flying, none with dragon riding.

Nope. It’s bad enough they removed the ability to keep slower speeds for people who needed it. It doesn’t need to be faster. It’s the price you pay for being able to turn on a dime, stop, hover, etc.

hmmm, Idea, remove PF for steady flight but put the asked for speed for steady flight (620%) behind PF., along with the ability to knock any at the slower speed out of the air.
Why are people triggered over speed? if you like Dragonriding… use it. it has the advantage still… why do you care if they boosted the steady by 620% or not anyway? you don’t like it ya?

No, if you want to afk flying around, it should be slower.
I already gave you reasons.
Give me actual real reason why? lets assume yes I want to auto-fly and do other stuff… what’s wrong with that? Why does it have to be “SLOW” ?

I so called it, give an inch, they will soon want Dragonriding to be slower than air swimming.

- Revert Steady Flying to 310%
- Just make it unlocked day 1
Bonus: Let people toggle it on a mount by mount basis, because man, those druids are angry.

And again… because they already removed the slower speeds for people who needed it. They don’t need to get screwed further by having it even faster. Again. With no ability to make it slower. When they need it.

i think you can in warmode. i remember having a net-canon to dismount flyers in pvp.
gotta admit im not sure if it’s still a thing i havent visited warmode in a long time.
You realized that people are forced to use Dragonriding just because it’s 2x faster than steady and it goes easier for Big mountains areas etc? right?
So if I choose to play on Steady flying I’m forced to be slow… still can’t see the actual reason behind it other than "It’s because Dragonriding is better and they want you to use it. otherwise, it’s pointless. "
Sad thing is Mafic and his bunch are wanting it out the gate, but have not offered any exchange for such, like reducing it back to the old speed.
They should allow us to choose between all static flying speeds (150%, 280%, 310%, 410%). Sometimes I just want to go super slow but can’t.

And maybe have the higher speeds locked behind pathfinder.
No one is forced to use dragonriding in the new expansion. It’s ground mount friendly, has ways to get to tops of towers and around areas that are more difficult to traverse, along with passenger mode.

Yes, they should. I’ve already watched friends quit because they’re forced into faster speeds and needed the slower ones.

Did you play the Beta? have you seen the new Areas? they are just empty and too big designed around Dragonriding… it’s obvious… you aren’t going to survive playing Steady flying unless you are questing or mining or for fun or watever other reasons…
Yes you are forced to play Dragonriding even if you act like you are not. either Go Slow mode or Dragonriding.
