I hit the 60 character cap and I need more.
Make new account. I had 397 toons once. I have multiple accounts. You run out of space, make new account. Can have 8 accounts linked to your bnet account but in some cases you can have 10. That is 8 x60 or 10x 60. Either way, you got enough room. Achieves and mounts are now battlenet wide.

I just want to be able to make both an Alliance and Horde version of an Evoker, and going forward, I’d like this option for any new “hero” class they might add.
They should have let us do this with DKs and DHs right off the bat as well.
I like the option of having two to play on the same server.
Can I ask why you do this?
I have a lot of characters because I like wandering around Azeroth doing quests and collecting stuff.
Is it the same for you?
You can buy a second account. Nobody’s stopping you.

Seeing as the cap was raised fairly recently by Blizz’s standards, your best bet would be to just get a second account or delete some characters you don’t play.
Literally no reason for there to be a cap at all. Blizz should just remove it.

You could just role play as someone that doesn’t need 61+ characters and everyone wins

How and why.
Alright help me understand because I have 4 toons total: DK, Druid, Hunter and mage. 2 for each faction.
Why so many characters? Why do you need copy’s of races/classes? I get having a few if you like a couple classes or playing on both sides but it honestly sounds like you guys need more hobbies or a job or something lmao 
Because it’s fun? Because multiboxing? Because multiple profession toons? Because alt army’s are useful whilst being a proper AH goblin? Because I can solo play, using multiple accounts, to get achievs I need?
I have 100+, and those are all my reasons. Maybe the other player has different ones, idk.
