Incorrect attack power for Hunter's Mark & Aspect of the Hawk

I use max rank Hunter’s Mark and Aspect of the Hawk. My Hunter’s Mark skill display is 126 and Aspect of the Hawk is 132. However, when applied to an enemy or on myself, the buff/debuff shows an attack power of 110 for both.

I don’t believe this is an addon issue because other people in my guild can see the 110 attack power, and I disabled and tested without them.

I’m hoping this is just a display bug and the correct numbers are actually being used.

Debuff tooltips in vanilla and classic do not show changes. It is not a bug. If you want to test it, more powerful versions don’t get overwritten by weaker versions.
