These 2 new affixes seem so benign I expect them to instantly be push weeks unless their spawn rate is incredibly fast which is unlikely.
Entangled will probably have some bad overlaps.
Afflicted will be even easier and more free than volcanic by the sounds of it since less casts will be interrupted to move by range dps.
