It seemed like initally only the first character on your account would obtain the 5000 fragments from the weekly, however, my fourth character also received 5000 fragments, so I thought it was changed. But my fifth and sixth character are not showing fragments as rewards from the quest, so now I don’t really know what is supposed to be intended. I tried after reset / maintenance to see if possibly it was a daily reset per account issue, but it doesn’t appear that way. Every character will still see 5000 fragments as the reward when hovering over the digsite, but most will not receive that. Having an idea of what this is supposed to reward would be great.
Additionally, not a single archives world quest has rewarded fragments so far.
