"Incompatible" when trying to play 11.2 PTR. Is it currently down?

Pretty much just the title. Trying to play PTR for the first time and it shows two realms in game, one being Incompatible. Thanks in advance for the help

There are generally always at least two sets of realms available on different versions because they keep two PTRs going. Fyrakk, Raszageth, Vyranoth, and Iridikron are the 11.2 realms.
