Doubt it, Druids and VDHs still have the most “passive” mitigation and mobility.

Guardian still hits super hard though without it. Every details breakdown I saw, that spell was never on there after watching people get melted by Convoke.

I have the guardian legendary and I have never gotten a full cast off of convoke in pvp. Being melee its simply too easy to silence. I would say balance druids are much better off with using convoke.
