Incarnation’s 10% crit no longer proc’s. Yet another bug. Meanwhile, BM hunters one shot in pvp, ele shaman blasting 25mill DPS on a trash pull in pve. Also, reports of the last patch that came out before this one are not implemented in this current patch. Didn’t balance get 12% to Starsurge and 20% to starfall? Didn’t ferals get “nurfed” and then buffed back up because daddy blizzard loves their kittys this xpac?
Blizzard… this is a bad look. I mean Thank God you have all these events we can do while you fix this patch, but man… this isnt a $15 a month from millions of players kinda move.
