looking for a macro the does incapacitating roar but when on cooldown still does bear form.

is it even possible?

doesnt shift into bear form when Incapacitating is on cooldown.
Roar shifts you automatically so really no use for the rest of the code

Then Icap Roar is on the GCD and what you’re trying to do isn’t possible.
