I can’t find any explanation on how to get this that’s later than 2023.
Do you just run horrific visions to get the enchant? If someone would explain how to get this like I was a ten year old, I’d appreciate it.
thats from a dragonflight raid. you cant use it on current gear

That enchant is not from visions and it’s from last expansion. Visions came out this year in the year of 2025 and has new Helm enchants that you get from visions. Wowhead has a guide for you.

As these two said that’s the wrong helm enchant. What you’re looking for is a helm enchant related to visions. The drakonid next to the hourglass gives you a quest for this. He asks you to gather blood (or something I don’t remember), you get these from the chests at the end of a vision and you’ll typically have to do at least a few visions to collect them all. After you have enough you get to turn in the quest and choose which rune is best for you, wowhead has an article on which rune is best for each spec in the game. Most specs from what I can see will be picking up the Lesser Rune of Void Ritual.
Yes just go to your adventure journal and keep searching there until you see your horrific visions quest.
Just do that quest line and you will get your head enchant (which is called a corruption).
You get to choose from like 6 different corruption enchants - just choose “lesser void ritual” because it is the best.
