Does this ability only work on single target heals since it mentions target specifically? So it doesn’t work on the smart healing AoE heals without target?
I’m not sure, but I believe it’s about one ppm, so you shouldn’t actually be missing out on procs even if it’s only on something you target
It procced on people I did not target in raid.
