I’m confident with my track record where at least in the past couple years if I’ve gone off on someone they did something to someone else to deserve it. So I’m good with it
However this is my first time seeing your name pop up and you don’t seem like you’re here in any good faith
They’ll pretend they want to help. But they are all deep down super insecure people who will call you the N word in wow for no reason. Actually, maybe not all. I’ve seen a few folks from the higher end of XP come at players who obviously don’t have as much XP and truly try to help.
This system is strange to me, and I understand likley why its done this way now but it is as you know somewhat misleading by the developers of the game and have created I think a semi toxic experience because in the former system where rating did not directly dictate titles, instead bracket doing so seemed to provide a better experience. Although that system had its own issues with confusion over where one bracket ended and the next begins, and then the airplanes and pilots taking up space. I get it, but can you think of anything that could fix the game? You were here forever, this I know, but I am truly at a loss over this new WoW system and all the solo play antisocial stuff. The way Arena is now makes me sad to know how fun and amazing it once was.
As a whole I think blizzard should look at why classic is so popular
Wow is an mmorpg and the core elements need to be respected. Gear progression, a great world plenty of stuff to do.
For arena specifically I think they should try just one season where they do consistent 2 week tuning even if it’s small number changes.
I think the placement of rewards is fine but they should avoid the path of least resistance where people right now are stuck 1800 in shuffle but easily 2400 in blitz. If the brackets have a standard difficulty it makes more sense and people can comfortably play what they prefer to do
Yeah, I dunno man. I’ve played with you a few times and you’ve been nothing but positive in game
These forums dwellers are so easily pressed when anyone challenges them and it’s honestly funny. Majority of them seem to really only have excelled at PvP in SL so I do find that kind of amusing.
I feel like they try to paint me in a worse light, so they can undo all the good I try to do. That’s not to say I’m perfect because I most definitely am not.
I agree with a lot of what you said. I think more unique rewards in each bracket would improve overall participation. More frequent changes, esp when things release broke (DFS2 Ret). But the one thing I don’t agree on is 2400 is some how easy to hit in blitz. This is a weird common thing being said and it’s simply not true. When you look at the actual breakdown of placements in the game it’s high 90th percentile of players in blitz that are 2400+. Because of that, I continually question the true nature of these types of comments. More players ranking higher is a good thing in my eyes. I think it excites people to want to play the game more.
I feel like this is just trying to rewrite history.
Swole, every time that you’ve been positive, people have commended you for it and hoped it would continue. I hope you continue to be positive and helpful and genuinely change as well.
That being said, myself and several other people have actively gone out of their way to help so many people and you go out of your way to make passive-aggressive comments and criticize me and others.
If you want to lie and change your narrative, that’s your perogative, but I hope you think back to this whenever you get frustrated and actually try to move forward.
