based on the 45+ min dps queues im guessing players are doing pve things like pet battles instead or in youre our opinion what do you think is causing solo shuffle to decline vs say 3v3s?

Solo shuffle needs to be an actual solo queue format instead of 6 rounds.
- 1 single player should not have control over the rating of 5 other players for 6 rounds in a row
- This would help reduce the frequency of scenarios where players spend 15-45 minutes just to go 3-3 because another player in the lobby wins or loses every round. When players feel like they are wasting their time, they aren’t having fun and will play something else
- Healer churn would help reduce queue times. You would play 1 game every ~6 minutes instead of sitting in queue for 20 minutes then playing 6 rounds in a row. I think it’s a lot easier to allocate 15-20 minutes to get a few games in instead of having to dedicate 45+ minutes hoping to get a queue pop

Nothing, this games combat mechanics (strict roles) isn’t suited for the type of fast que solo system people have become accustomed to in other games. The que times are just the price you pay for the game mode existing.
You can give healers more rewards to try to carrot some players in but ultimately they get their rewards with as minimal effort as possible and leave, It’s not a long term solution. Not to mention the amount of complaints “healer went afk said just here for rewards” or toxic healers leaving games because someone didn’t play perfectly at 1500 mmr.
Single round matches could maybe speed things up slightly but doubt in a large way, Would probably get stuck in a cycle of picking the same players in any given mmr range just because their mmr’s happen to match up the best.
If you want to log in and que arena and play it right away they need to encourage and support better community building tools for actual 2v2 and 3v3, Those are the only rated pvp modes that you can log in and hit que and instantly play as much as you want.
No its not lol, these forums are full of gate keeping elitest toxic jack wagons. People ask one question and get flamed to no end on these forums and in game.

Yeah, but everyone that posts regularly here partakes or condones that behavior, so just let them continue to think they are helpful and constructive as PVP and 3s continues to die. They want their kingdom of ashes so bad.

i mean xmas brake should be a time of giving and spending time with family / friends and even visiting EU or NA not everyone is a twitch strummer who plays 24/7 . once xmas brake is over the queue times should go back to normal
