Not sure I’d count it as a TWW or a late DF feature: Expansion of Dragonriding (mounts + zones).
Warbands on paper is very cool, but I haven’t really done anything with them yet. It’ll be more important when the expansion actually comes out I guess.
Least exciting? Probably Earthen. They’re fine I guess, but they’re just worse than regular Dwarves so my interest is meh.

Depends on the character I am playing, I like the mage hero talents enough both due to the class fantasy provided and gameplay to say that it’s one of my favorite features, but the same doesn’t apply to my Paladin or Hunter for instance. Warbands come close second, but that’s mostly because of the shared reps, I don’t really do alts, I tend to do “Main for a patch” thing which used to screw up my rep progression, since I don’t really have it in me to go hardcore on a bunch of different characters.
Worst… Probably Earthen too so far, of everything that was announced, the Alliance’s 3rd Dwarven model just doesn’t really do much for me, I never played DI or regular Dwarves, so I can’t see myself ever making an Earthen.

Best: We have Azeroth Karen in the form of Alleria Windrunner. Snicker. She wants to see the Void Lord’s manager.
Worst: Rogue Hero Talent Trees.

Worst: The state of about 1/2 of the specs in the game. Rogue (3), Priest (3), Fire, Affliction, Destro, Dev, MM, BM, Protpal, Enhance, Ele, Arms, Feral.

Best: Warbands. Opening up transmog acquisition, consolidating currencies, shared reps and effectively a shared reagent bank are pretty big.
Worst: Evoker tier still doesn’t match Dracthyr barber shop options.
Best: Transmogs
Worst: Armor mogs restrictions
Currency transfer. Kaioon eating up everyone’s lunch in the warband.
prepatch, just prepatch.
the event though is kinda cool.
Best: Some of the classes they have nailed.
- Fire mage is by far the best it’s ever been.
- Destro looks and feels amazing with the hero talents.
- Shadow priest is cool.
- I actually like balance for once and the customization options for the chicken make it more visually nice.
Worst: Lack of diverse mount and the armor transmog system
- I really wish they would have released the full transmog system for older tier sets, etc.
- A lot of the mounts, while themed appropriately, are kinda the same-ish.
To clarify the mount point, there is a drop mount that looks identical to the engineering mount. I think there are 4 of them that are the exact same
they also had an opportunity to allow the engineering mount to pick up/do mining while mounted without a talent, similar to the goblin shredder with herbalism.
At least in dragonflight, the drakes had customizations so people could mix and max parts.

So far the worst features are Earthen - but having to stare at Alleria’s and Anduin’s awful new hairstyles is pretty high up there.
Is he rejecting the Light so hard, he cut his own hair in the dark?
Did Blizzard fire their hair department in the recent lay offs?
The best feature - that the expansion will end and then we might get some Horde content in the next expansion.
Best: the earthen
Worst: some quests give you an extra ability that youre meant to put on your bars but mine are full so it just awkwardly floats on my screen
Worst: Hero Talents.
Blizzard isn’t even pretending to care about class balance anymore.
Worst: no 100% account wide transmog.
Best: Moira and Dagran. Currency transfer is super useful. I’m also looking forward to trying delves.
Worst: IDK, I haven’t played beta
