I was doing “In Tyr’s Footsteps: The Ohn’ahran Plains” and completed the quest, but was unable to turn it in because the npc despawned. So i dropped the quest and went to go pick it back up but the quest was unavailable. Then i typed in /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70339)) and it says “True” even though i never turned it in and never received my spark
I messaged a GM but they keep giving me cookie cutter responses. Anyone else had this problem, Please help!

I haven’t had this issue, but I have had similar issues with GM’s. Have you checked your character’s mail? Sometimes it ends up in there.
You just have to keep escalating it until you get a person and get out of their automated system, and even then you might have to try multiple times.
Blizzard CS in game is very VERY diminished from what it used to be a decade ago. They will get stuff done, usually, but you have to play the form letter game first.
But as a roadmap:
You’re going to get a form letter.
Their going to suggest you try the forum or their FAQ.
Their going to suggest you use the item restore.
Eventually someone will respond to you with an actual typed out letter, and say the matter is resolved.
And after that you might be able to get someone to live chat in game if you pursue further.
In the end you probably will get the spark in the mail, but it might be a week or so of back and forth with the holidays coming up.
This might not be the answer you wanted, but it’s most likely what you’re looking at.
For what it’s worth it might be better to wait for Skill Knowlege to build up before blowing the spark on something, but I get that it sucks in the meantime.
