I need to make a modification to my Evoker Armor Apperance, the kind of change that can only be done with a Barber. Except I can’t seem to find a Barber Shop anywhere.
I know it is silly to worry about appearances in a limited-time event, but I’m weird like that. It is just bothering me and I’d like to fix it if possible.
