Every season in WOW has had some comical situations and always given people a reason to question the ratings of single-season or single-expansion glads.
Who remembers Thirst For Blood warriors in season 9? Stack that to 10 and you get an instant one-shot with cds. On top of that let’s not forget that season DKs healed 25% of their health with every death strike out of Blood Presence.
Who remembers Double-Tarecgosa caster comps in Season 10? UA gets dispelled can accidentally one-shot the dispelled because procs.
And then the Legendary Daggers in Season 11. Double Legendary Weapon comps. Lock/Rogue, Mage/Rogue, Boomkin/Rogue, Mage/Lock, Rogue/Spriest… literally any combo of Mage Lock Boomkin Spriest Rogue. Throw the stupid PVE trinkets on top of it. Rogues could literally use Bone Link Fetish, Vial of Shadows, and Legendary daggers and kill a target before their stealth breaks.
And that was just cata. Every expansion, every season has a reason to question legitimacy of some peoples’ rating. Its not something that is specific to BFA.
