My wife tried with her MacBook, it barely ran FF14 on lowest settings, and only when installed through windows. If she tried to install the Mac version it said she didn’t meet the minimum requirements, on a 3 year old MacBook that I believe she spent $2000 dollars on.

The reason people hate apple is because they charge a premium price for sub-par product. Look up Louis Rossman’s “the horrible truth about apple’s engineering failures” on youtube.
Having said that, Apple has gotten better over the years but some still experience issues.

Apple is no longer cool to have, hasnt been cool in like at least 10 years, whenever I see someone with an apple anything I pity them.

The only way to get a cheap iPhone AFAIK is to target a specific model and wait a couple generations for it to not be the hottest thing on the market or buy it refurbished.
Got my iPhone 7 that way, but I wouldn’t dare dream of trying to go for the latest iPhone because, whoo boy.
Now, I hear you ask me, “if you think Apple products are too expensive, why you got an iPhone 7?” Well, because I got tired of my Android phones breaking like a twig.
NGL, my iPhone 7 is working like a champ, couldn’t be happier with it at the moment. I’ll only consider upgrading to a newer phone once it can no longer hold a charge or it breaks, whichever comes first.

The SE model they released earlier this year is a fantastic value at $399. Thinking of replacing this iPhone 7 with it.
Either that or getting a new battery.

IMO if you’re in the market for $600 headphones, I’d go with a tried and true name like Sennheiser or even Beyerdynamic over the uncertainty of Apple. Not to say that apple doesn’t have quality products, but this is new territory for them.
