I was burned, and BBQ’d 5 years ago by a 9 year thing and thought maybe that they were my “soulmate”. Like ghosts, people believe it but it’s all BS.

Call me cynical, but I see it more as a realist. The only reason that older people were married or together for 40 or 50 years is because they really didn’t have a choice, or it was cheaper than going through a divorce.
