In need of a guild

You read the title. Any guild leaders, or officers, or anyone trying to help their guild. I’m in need of one! A strong PvE and PvP guild. Guess the one I’m in the guild leader doesn’t like me. This isn’t my main, my main is hiding from drama. So if any alliance guilds out there recruiting, I’ll give you my battle tag to have a chat one on one to see if you’re the right guild.

P.S. if you are going to have a guild in classic as well. Talk more about that and you have a chance of getting me. I’m not perfect but I want to at least do content.

I’m giving the benefit of the doubt here that this isn’t a troll post just because of the addition of the btag, so with that in mind I’ll just drop a bit of advice here… Guilds don’t NEED you. Posting in GD with this level of arrogance won’t be likely to find you anything.

Things like that will push most guild leaders and officers, including myself, in a hard 180 away from the attitude and out of the thread. If you’re serious about finding a new guild i’d suggest the Guild Recruitment forum, and changing the tone when you apply to one.

I’m not sure this is arrogance, although I did need to re-read just to make sure so I see where you’re coming from. However, I feel like he’s just hinting that he is going to be more interested in classic once it’s released.

The parts I quoted were the arrogance. I left the classic part out as he can easily go to the classic guild recruitment forum for that stuff, which I’m sure he is fully aware.

You should definitely post on your Main or search your realm’s forums for guilds, as there is absolutely no information here about you.

What raiding have you done?
Are you a PvPer or pet battler?

Lacking the above, I’d say that you just want to chat and be social.

As people said,

  • search forums
  • scout guilds out on your preferred realms and realm forums
  • post on your main
  • give details as to your level in pvp and pve

And never ever assume a guild somehow needs you. For every spec there are multiple people that play it who want that spot. Some will be worse than you and some will be much better, there is always a bigger fish.

Just saying if any guild is out there recruiting I’m looking so it’ll be easier to just say if you want to join we’re inviting. No arrogance or attitude here especially when I had a horrible day posting this.

If only there was a forum dedicated solely to guilds looking for players, and players looking for guilds…

Being a guild leader or officer is only for those who have a job that requires very little actual time invested to maintain an acceptable life style. AKA you need a lot of free time and energy.

I have none… I wish you luck on your hunt.

I don’t know how to feel about this post, like are you wanting to stay on your realm / faction, where are you willing to compromise, etc. Though I guess you’d want to discuss that over btag.

Anyway, my guilds just kinda casual about raiding, does some pvp in their own time, but we’re alliance and in oceanic, probably the 2 biggest factors that would already cause you to back off.

I rather recommend that you look around wowprogress or Arenamate for your preferred pve/pvp guild, filtering realm and faction of course if you aren’t really keen on xferring.
