My warrior is doing Azsuna and I would like to switch her to Stormheim? I have not completed any of the zones on any of my characters.
Is it possible to switch?

Yep. Go back to your mission board in your class hall, go to the map, and click the zone you want to start in. Should give you the introductory quest there.

Go to the map in your class hall and select stormheim. it’ll start the questline for you.

This is usually the case in all hub quest type areas in WoW. Those “choose your zone” systems are really just the breadcrumb quests like any other old-school zone, ex: when in Northrend and the dude says “Go visit this guy at this fort in the next zone to deliver a message”. In fact, just like Northrend, most of the time you can fly to that zone and start the initial quest without actually visiting the board.
