Trying to purchase a token from the in game shop, but when I click on purchase token I’m taken to a blue screen that never loads. I deleted twitch, removed my addons, reset my interface, disabled firewalls, and ran as admin. I don’t know what else to try to do. Thanks.

If Razer is on the system, please check for any updates with Razer. There was a known issue that Razer pushed out a fix for.

Let’s try adjusting a few settings:
- On the Blizzard Application, go to Options > Show in Explorer on World of WarCraft.
- Go to the retail folder and right click on the WoW application, then Properties. You should see the Compatibility tab.
- Check “Disable Desktop Composition” and “Run as Admin”
- Click OK. - Do not close out of the File Explorer, yet.
- Close the Blizzard Application completely.
- Click on the WoW Application from the File Explorer to launch
If the step above works, edit the Config.wtf using Notepad under the WTF folder for WoW. Search for or add
SET ForceAllowAero "0"

Try seeing if the shop will work on a New Admin account.
