They also said they don’t want exactly this. There are timed things in the game, and Classic is not a way to get them. Except for in classic.

But they really are. Separate systems, separate forums, separate launchers, you had to create all new characters, separate servers, separate login infrastructure, separate login queue’s, separate everything.

Stop being so hard-headed stubborn and accept the game’s policy as set. Things may change in the future but for now, two distinctly different games. Play them as they are.

Imagine if the great visionaries of the past “just accepted it”. We wouldn’t be having this conversation because there would be no classic. There would be no more flying either.

You pay a sub to access this gaming company’s servers - no more, no less. Incessant whining about some feature you want that was expressly stated as not being a part of classic, is not going to make it happen.
The great “visionaries” work at Blizzard. They make the decisions and rules for their games. If you can’t accept that, find something else to play.

I don’t want to play Classic. But if I could get mounts unavailable in Retail added to my collection I’d probably force myself to. Especially if that extends to transmog.

This isn’t an attack on you OP cause your request is one of many but not even 48 hrs into Classic and there’s been so many requests for things not in Vanilla.

Terrible idea, exactly the way to ruin Classic WoW with a bunch of entitled achievement-hunters that are there to “get stuff” for their Retail account.

They might change their mind. There are several quest rewards I want. Namely the Speedy Racer Goggles and other such engineering themed items usable by non engineers. But I’ve gone this long without them so if they don’t then oh well.
This 100%. I dont want to play classic. Classic players dont want me taking up a queue slot. I doubt there’s anything I would feel forced into classic to get, but for other CDO types (alphabetical like it should be) they wouldn’t be able to resist, and then would level all sorts of complaints about classic. No one needs that. Keep them separate.

No one is forcing anyone. Besides, just because you don’t play both doesn’t mean there aren’t people who do. Like me.
