In Game Navigation places marker way below ground

Issue: Clicking on a world quest icon on the map places the in game navigation marker below the terrain where it can’t be reached.
Repeatable example: In The Ringing Deeps, when the world quest Excavation Liberation is up, fly to Opportunity Point, open your map and click on the icon for Excavation Liberation, which is nearby. Look in the game world at where the marker is placed. It should be up on the cliffs, but it’s below the cliffs - even below the level of the flight point at Opportunity Point.
Other issues: I’ve also seen it where the marker is placed far above ground, or on the ceiling of a cavern. Apparently, the marker technology has difficulty knowing where the ground is or what level of the ground it should be on (floor or ceiling). Usually, the marker becomes more accurate as one gets closer, but when the marker is as far off as it is in the above example in Ringing Deeps, one can easily not get close enough for the marker to become more accurate, making it extremely frustrating simply finding where one is going.
