In-game navigation command?

First of all kudos for blizz adding the in-game navigation system. It’s a very nice QoL feature. But I am wondering, for it to become really useful, is there a command line option to place a pin with coordinates similar to tomtom’s /way xx.xx?

I’ve looked on wowhead and google, but can’t find it mentioned? Anyone know if this exists?

I am also wondering this. If there isn’t, there definitely should be.

You can drop a pin on the map and link it in chat for others to click on, is that what you mean?

Think he’s referring to the golden diamond shape that appears on your screen to show you where your destination will be when traveling to a questing location.

Can you disable this thing? It annoys me

What i mean is, say you know the coordinates to a place in a zone you want a guide to, that you could type something like the addon Tomtom has.

In tomtom you would type “/way 94.7 64.34” and an arrow would appear to that place. Just trying to see if blizz added a similar command for their navigation system

not sure about that, seems like it should be a thing since you can link the dropped pin in chat, same place you type commands.

Yes it can be disabled - ESC > Interface > Display > uncheck “In game Navigation”

If you map pin a point on the map, then click it so the color is all gold, then your arrow should point you toward that.

Yes you can place one on the map directly. I understand this. What I’m looking for is using a command to place a navigation point using coordinates.
