Not that I have anything to say about anything else related to your topic, but isn’t the hotfix you’re referring to the one that is scheduled to come out, the day after tomorrow?

With a hotfix to WoW Classic that will take effect before the next weekly honor calculations on October 13, any player-characters that are currently deleted will no longer be counted as part of the total pool of PvP participants.
