In the new zone Zaralek caverns , I picked up the items to catch up in enchanting . I have the 3 in the zone that give +3 to enchanting. I have them in my bag. I get the message that i need dragon Isle Enchanting (25) to use. I have Enchanting and Tailoring . I sent in a support ticket and they said they couldnt see the issue. So I cannot use them at all just sits in my bag. Also while in the zone i get the alert for the tailoring items to catch up . I go to the exact place and nothing is there ( Maybe phased out I dont know) .
Can you help on what i should do next. Thanks
