Please blizzard can you add your own In-game timers for the Community Feast and the Siege on Dragonsbane Keep. so i don’t have to rely on 4 or 5 different sources that are all wrong anyway.
For the last 3 days I’ve been trying to do the community feast but NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT IS! Wowhead is wrong, people in chat were all wrong, the addon was wrong. Someone said the NPC has a timer above its head, but nope, no timer.
I’d log in to see it been done and the soup is available for the next 37min or I’d log in to find that the event is happening but it ends in 4 minutes, or other times i log in and theres no soup, no info and every source of info is wrong.
The same happned to me today with the siege on dragonsbane keep. Wowhead said the next siege was in 4 minutes, someone else said the NPC has a timer above its head. I go to the starting point, NPC Doesnt have a timer. I wait and 4min go by and nothing, i wait another 10min and nothing.
Everyone saying the next on isnt for another 1hr+. Multiple people said its “For sure after 4pm server time at least” Welp, i ended up missing it and it happned BEFORE 4pm server time, so EVERYONE WAS WRONG.

Wowhead has all of these timers. what other resource could you possibly be using? Just stick to wowhead’s main page.

I’ve had great luck with Wowhead telling me accurate timing for the events. Sucks when you miss the events though : / hopefully you have better luck in the future.

In my experience the feast timer on wowhead seems to be right, but the siege timer never is.

I will say, it would be so much nicer if we didn’t have to go OUTSIDE of the game to find the timers for these things. Something like… even an npc in Valdrakken that tells you when things are happening. Or like… on the map. Idk. But having to go outside of the game to know when things are is very bleh.

Theres an NPC in Valdrakken that announces the siege of Dragonscale Keep, which happens at the top of every even numbered hour. Im not sure why they dont have one for Tuskarr soup event, which has the slightly more complicated timing of happening every 3 hours.
The great hunt happens in perpetuity and doesnt need to be annouced though the horn thats supposed to indicate its location on the map often fails to appear.

Someone gave me this WA that works really well for soup:

I don’t know what it does to the Keep. It’s an hour off or something.

I’ve had good luck with wowhead, but I agree that it would be nice if the map always showed the time until the next event, not just when it was within 15 min of starting.
