In-game cutscenes are choppy, laggy, and unwatchable

I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried removing all add-ons, lowering settings, increasing settings etc.

I had no problems with this during Legion or the very start of BFA. I stopped playing for a few months and recently came back, but cutscenes are so choppy that it’s irritating.

I really miss the “Fullscreen” option, Blizzard.
All your other games support it still. Not sure why Warcraft had to lose it. Windowed fullscreen causes serious performance issues.

I have the same problem. Everything on ultra, anything else works very well, cinematics are choppy. Tried disabling the game bar and the ‘fullscreen optimizations’ - found those suggestions by a blue on another thread - did not work.

What are your specs? Drivers updated?
