the honeymoon phase of the core feature of the expansion dragon flying is ending, people are logging out and unsubbing till 10.1
blizz can remedy this by making bfa mythic raids all fully soloable

The expac released at the end of November. If things are slowing down after four months then that’s pretty good.
It’s almost impossible to find a BG where no one talks, there’s usually 2 or 3 people fighting each other in chat the entire game.

So, all anecdotal evidence then. Guilds loose people, and gain people, as well as servers. Perhaps, if you really wanted to know, you could read the quarterly report when it’s released in April.

No one talks in this game unless it is to flame someone, every so often a joke will pop up. The majority of getting to know someone is dead.

When your on smaller realms, or even bigger ones, the faction your on can also have an impact on the activity your seeing.
Your realm laughing skull, has 811 active alliance players on it according to realm pop, not sure the accuracy on something like that but just looking at the numbers, there may be three times the horde players on there.
You’re clearly dysfunctional and don’t know what the group should be used for. You’re calling “dead community” when people are not using the channel for other purposes than it should be used for.

I just don’t get why people are so defensive over games. I think it’s totally understandable if the game is quietening down a bit. That’s pretty normal. Not sure why OP is being so defensive. And as you mentioned they got a small content patch that will boost a bit til the next major patch update.
Game is good and healthy right now.

You just have to disable the achievement sharing between characters.
