In game bug report not working

Well in game bug report is not showing that I have submitted the ticket, when I’ve attempted twice now on this character. And again from customer support:

Well, I just completed a level 8 Delve. Shows as done. Doesn’t show up on the map any longer as bountiful. Didn’t get credit for actually doing it in the Great Vault. Got a green, non-80 item instead of the Champion Track gear I was supposed to get? Lost my key.

Why? It’s already hard enough to actually do this solo on a Rogue, but now you’re going to further sully my experience by not giving the rewards that I’m supposed to get?
