In DF, will hunters be able to buy Simple Tome of Bone-Binding?

I’m wondering if I should take my hunter alt out to Maldraxxus and farm the Simple Tome of Bone-Binding, or if you think it’s going to be on a vendor in DF.

Edit: I finally got the thing to drop!

You can get them from just questing in maldraxxus like my hunter did.

Wowhead’s PTR and Beta database do not show any vendors for the item.

I doubt they will add it in. You just need to kill some elites beasts in Maldraxxus I think and it will drop. It dropped randomly for me while I was questing there.

I’ve been farming, but it hasn’t dropped yet, and this is an alt. So I’m there for dailies only these days.

drop rate is pretty decent. i got it in 10 or so minutes.

I just looked it up. According to wowhead, if you learned it on one hunter, it opens it up for all hunters on your account. Did you get it to drop on another hunter before?

It didn’t take my hunter very long to farm it up, iirc.
I didn’t get while leveling through Mald, like some people did.
But once I hit 60 and bought some crafted gear, I went and just farmed the world quests and it dropped while I was doing one of those.

In that case, I guess you angered the RNG gods lol.

I got mine from the Bloodtusk Ancient mobs. Looks like Runebladed Reaper has the highest drop rate for them. I guess just keep killing them on your hunter until it drops.

If you already obtained on one hunter, you do not need it on a second. (I recommend looking up the tomes on wowhead and reading comments.) IF you do another hunter that is max level, as a fair bit of the tomes are BoA (The feathermane one (from the order hall is not account wide) Where the drop from Uldir (raid in BFA) is BoA.

Totally lucked on mine, hit up some elites while their loot tables were 4 items and got it then. Definitely try the House of the Chosen with all the elite hellhounds (three-headed dogs)…

Just do the maldraxxus world quests on your hunter until it drops.

You can just roll a undead hunter and get the undead pets that way. I had one. It’s not really that much undead pets tbh.

I had it after killing around 6 elite mobs.
