Not letting me post a link to my logs, but I am hoping for some tips. I am regularly parsing blue overall and sometimes green for my ilvl, and I cant figure out where I am going wrong.
I feel like I am doing solid on keeping dots up, getting big rapture windows, not shard capping. I am mostly pvp geared, not sure if I am losing some dps to having quite a bit of versa. Running the standard Niya setup I see most of the afflctions using.

Maybe a little bit too much versatility. Mastery is far stronger. Think if Agony ever falls off, you’re done for when it comes to parsing. Shard sniping any adds with Drain Soul without wasting the shards gained is also a pretty big boost…
And then there’s the woes of getting Power Infusions, as if you want to get the biggest parse you need to get those extra buffs.
I’ve had 99% uptime on DoTs, 40% uptime on Drain Soul, and only messed up by not delaying my DSM for the second Dark Glare on the last pillar of Sludgefist, received no PIs and still only parsed 72% for my ilvl. Then I get a few PIs on Sire (Albeit on the 2 minute marks so it only lined up with Dark Glare on the pull and at the very very end) and parsed 92% for my ilvl. It makes a really big difference how much external DPS cooldowns can affect your personal DPS rankings.
Don’t be discouraged by getting blue parses as Aff, it’s currently the biggest warlock spec in raids so there’s a very big pool to be put up against (20k aff versus <2k demo using Sire as an example) so there’s bound to be people with better trinket setups, better itemized gear, more external buffs such as Necrolords using Emeni, trinkets that leave beneficial pools or groups with the 5-stack Hymnal, and Power Infusion…
Just keep pushing, get the flow going of being 95%+ uptime on everything and reap the rewards.
okay well your stats are pretty borked because youre just haste vers…you need haste/mastery gear ideally.
secondly - when youre looking at heroic parses you are competing against people like me and players in full on Mythic BiS doing sale runs and alt runs where we just ignore every mechanic.
You’re not grey parsing - thats important, so im willing to bet youre doing your rotation pretty well (i can look at this more in a second), youre just outgeared and your kill times are significantly slower than anything that could create a high parse, look at your huntsman heroic vs mine - theres a 2 minute difference in kill time which is ALOT of damage.
as a side note - you need to mass upgrade your Focused Malignancy conduit - you can do it since youre a pvp guy but 184 on your best conduit when it could be 220 or 226 is no bueno.
yeah at a brief glance your rotation is decent, you just have godawful stats and your kill times are glacial if youre looking to parse so youre not likely to get out of blue when people are killing bosses 2-3 minutes faster. oh also look at kill times and estimate how something is gonna line up with your CDs, if youre only getting 2 darkglares on a 4-5 minute fight, Bust on pull, then save DG for your third DS and you wont lose a use of either

only thing i can see on shriekwing is that it looks like you have two solid MR windows, whereas i had 4. I compared you to mine since we both had near the same kill timer, but you do have 6 ilvls over me.
we both had the exact same MR casts, and nearly the exact same MR damage. Which shouldnt happen with 6 ilvls.
drain soul is a little bit low too, but that is small potatoes
I don’t think your logs are bad. You are very close to mine and while i’m not an example to follow i’m certainly not a bad player. When i compare my Hungering log to your i do more damage with MR than you do. The rest is pretty much on par. In fact for all boss fights my best logs are always between 300-500 higher than your best and the difference is mostly always MR. Do you make sure you have all dots applied when you MR dump and use buff like trinkets in those windows?
Are you getting PI?
Yes on singlet target fights but there’s no mage in our group. There’s a priest in their raid so i assume he’s getting PI too on singlet target why would they PI someone else?
